Job Title: Admitted Attorney

Location: Melbourne, Australia (On-site at Client offices)

Duration: 5.5 Months (Mid-January 2026 – End of June 2026)

Urgency: High – Immediate application required for visa and onboarding.

Opportunity Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and adaptable Contract Specialist for a critical 5.5-month on-site secondment at our client's offices in Melbourne, Australia. This is a unique opportunity to work directly within a leading telecommunications organization on a high-priority project.

Please Note: This role requires the successful candidate to relocate to Melbourne for the entire duration of the 5.5-month contract. All reasonable relocation expenses (including flights and accommodation) will be covered by the company, in accordance with our travel and expatriation policy.

Key Responsibilities

While the project is under a strict NDA, the successful candidate will be responsible for a range of client-facing and commercial duties, including:

  • Engaging with internal client business stakeholders and external customers.
  • Drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts and Statements of Work (SOWs).
  • Providing support on overall commercial considerations, including the application of flow-down terms.
  • Demonstrating excellent time management and organizational skills to meet project milestones.
  • Maintaining a strong attention to detail throughout all contractual and stakeholder interactions.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
  • 3+ years of proven experience in a client-facing role involving stakeholder management.
  • Hands-on experience in drafting contracts, SOWs, and conducting contract reviews.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to understand and navigate complex commercial agreements.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven ability as a fast learner, capable of rapidly assimilating new processes and systems with minimal supervision.
  • Willing and able to relocate to Australia for the duration of the contract
  • Eligible to obtain a relevant work visa for the contract duration.
Highly Desirable Skills
  • Experience with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems.
  • Experience in telecommunications
