Duties:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating construction contracts and agreements
• Advising clients on contract law, construction law, compliance, and risk management
• Representing clients in disputes, litigation, arbitration, and mediation
• Ensuring regulatory compliance with building and safety standards
• Protecting client interests in negotiations and contract enforcement

Requirements:

• LLB Degree (or equivalent)
• Admission as an Attorney of the High Court
• Minimum 2–5 years’ post-admission experience in Contract Law and Construction Law
• Strong drafting, reviewing, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction contracts (e.g., FIDIC, JBCC, NEC)
