The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably certified by Mercedes-Benz, and possess strong interpersonal skills. ADMINISTRATOR - SERVICE ADVISOR Position Overview Mercedes-Benz Bryanston currently holds a vacancy for a Service Advisor reporting to the Service Manager.
This position will be suited to a person who has the ability to maintain high levels of service on an on-going basis, ability to provide excellent customer service.
Customer Service: Responsible for the maintenance of customer service to agreed standards, Ensure proper diagnosis in line with customers symptom descriptions, Responsible for the pre-costing and invoicing of vehicles before collections by customer, Responsible for continuous feedback with customers on progress and delays, Responsible for follow up on customer enquiries and complaints.
Administration: Ensure effective daily planning, Responsible for the pre-writing of job cards, Responsible for the recording of non-warranty claims, Responsible for the management of WIP (Work I In Progress), Monitoring and control of cash outstanding.
Minimum Grade 12, Computer Literate (preferably experience in the use of Kerridge), 2-3 years experience in the same or similar position.
Preferably Mercedes-Benz certified Service Advisor, Knowledge of motor industry preferable
