We currently have three full-time positions available.
Each role requires extensive knowledge and experience, and depending on your skills and expertise, one person may fulfill multiple roles or they may be divided among two or three individuals.
The positions are based in Randburg and will involve travel to our independent branches.
Will manage structured onboarding, mentorship, and compliance training for new agents and interns.
You will guide them through FFC applications, NQF4 qualifications, and ensure they are fully integrated into the RIRE & SIA ecosystem.
This is a hands‑on role requiring travel between branches and collaboration with management to ensure training outcomes align with business goals.
Will lead the full recruitment cycle for new agents across all RIRE and SIA branches — from sourcing and screening to onboarding and engagement.
You will work closely with the marketing and management teams to design and implement innovative recruitment campaigns across digital platforms, ensuring a consistent pipeline of quality candidates who fit our culture and performance standards.
To grow our rental book, strengthen our rental operations, enhance client satisfaction, and support agents and administrators across all branches.
