A regional government authority in South Africa is seeking a qualified individual to provide administrative support services to the Directorate Road Safety Management. Candidates must have at least 1 year of relevant experience and hold a diploma or degree. The role includes various responsibilities including monitoring and support in supply chain management. The Western Cape Mobility Department, Western Cape Government, has an opportunity for a suitably qualified and competent individual to provide administrative support services to the Directorate Road Safety Management. The successful incumbent must be able to work under pressure, willingness to work irregular hours and meet tight deadlines.
R R per annum (Salary level 7). Note on remuneration in addition service benefits or obligations for qualifying employees (medical assistance, housing assistance, pension‑fund contributions, etc) are funded or co‑funded in terms of the applicable prescripts or collective agreements.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to submit documentation for verification purposes and criminal record vetting.
These candidates will be required to do a practical and attend interviews on a date and time determined by the department and may also be required to undergo competency assessments / proficiency tests.
