  • Support accounting and tax operations through high-level administrative duties.
  • Handle company registrations and amendments.
  • Conduct detailed company information reports.
  • Manage SARS eFiling for tax returns and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate tax data.
  • Submit annual returns via SARS and CIPC portals.
  • Assist with basic financial documentation and recordkeeping.

Skills

Salary : R20000 / month negotiable based on experience

The company serve small medium and large businesses with excellence. If youre detail-oriented organized and have strong verbal and written communication skills we are looking for you.

Key Responsibilities

Youll play a pivotal role in supporting our accounting and tax operations through high-level administrative duties including :

  • CIPC Registrations Handling company registrations and amendments
  • Company Searches Conducting and compiling detailed company information reports
  • eFiling Submissions Managing SARS eFiling for tax returns and compliance
  • SARS Capturing Inputting and maintaining accurate tax data
  • Annual Returns Submitting annual returns via SARS and CIPC portals
  • Ad Hoc Admin Tasks Drafting letters managing correspondence and supporting day-to-day operations
  • Financial Admin Support Assisting with basic financial documentation and recordkeeping
