Plumbing and Electrical company based in Southern Suburbs (Westlake) is looking for a vibrant office administrator to lead its operations.

THE ROLE

Full‑time opportunity working 07:00 am to 05:00 pm, Monday to Friday. We are seeking someone experienced with customer service and administration to fill a crucial role. Our ideal candidate will thrive working in a busy, dynamic role.

Responsibilities
  • Preparation of invoices to agents and clients
  • Preparation and sending quotations to clients
  • Client and agent correspondence
  • Managing petty cash
  • Coordination and scheduling of teams
  • Tracking teams and ensuring they meet their daily targets
  • Creating and maintaining registers and recommended database registers
  • Answering the telephone
  • Supporting group staff and management as required

Your customer service and communication skills will be vital in prioritising and meeting deadlines.

We are looking for the right person who is reliable, committed to their work and can multitask efficiently and effortlessly. This role would be ideal for an expert administrator looking for the next step in their career with the opportunity to grow with the company.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an administration role or proven high level of energy to meet the demands of the job

  • Excellent spoken and written Afrikaans / English skills
  • The ability to work autonomously with outstanding time management
  • Excellent Microsoft Office and Excel experience essential
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, think outside the box and adapt under pressure
