Administrative Clerk - Welkom
Responsibilities
- File and organize both hard copy and digital documents for easy retrieval.
- Upload and store documents securely on the company server.
- Manage physical and electronic filing systems to ensure records remain up to date.
- Perform general office duties, including answering calls, handling emails, and scheduling.
- Assist with preparing reports and other administrative tasks as required.
- Ensure compliance with data management policies and confidentiality standards.
- Occasional travel may be required for document collection or deliveries.
Qualifications & Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (further education or certification is a plus).
- At least 3 years of proven experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to handle both hard copy and digital files effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Sesotho.
