This is a full-time remote role for an Administrative Clerk.
The Administrative Clerk will perform essential administrative tasks, such as managing schedules, handling correspondence, organizing files, and coordinating day-to-day operations.
Providing executive support, addressing inquiries via phone and email, and ensuring smooth clerical processes to support the Academy's operations.
Proficiency in Administrative Assistance, with strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Effective Phone Etiquette and excellent Communication abilities.
Experience with managing high-level support tasks.
Skilled in Clerical Tasks such as filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficiency in productivity software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
Grade 12 or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
Experience in a fast paced environment.
