DaVita is looking for an Administrative Assistant in hospital and outpatient settings to provide administrative support to a team, ensuring timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, purchase orders, and assistance with transportation arrangements and physician appointments. Dialysis is serious business – fun is encouraged.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the team.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of change requisitions, treatment logs, patient charts, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Assist patients with transportation arrangements and physician appointments.
  • Build meaningful relationships with patients and families in an intimate outpatient setting.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Typing speed of 60 WPM.
  • Computer and clerical skills (Microsoft Office).
  • CMS‑approved Patient Care Technician (PCT) certification and occasional operation as a PCT.
