Minimum Requirements
  • Completed Grade 12
  • Proficiency in Sage Pastel and MS Excel
  • 3 years administrative experience
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask and work under pressure
  • Valid driver's licence and own transport
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage daily office operations, supplies and equipment
  • Handle phone calls, emails and correspondence
  • Prepare files and maintain physical and digital records
  • Assist with invoicing, debtor reconciliations and financial admin
  • Support PPL exam centre administration
  • Process visa applications and renewals for new students
  • Coordinate CPL bookings and liaise with agents (including foreign agents)
  • Manage inventory control and supplier reconciliations
  • Handle Momentum and insurance applications
  • Provide backup support to invoicing team when required
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments and with external vendors
  • Deliver professional customer service to students and clients
