Administrative Assistant to Financial Adviser / Planner
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Assistant to support a team of Financial Advisers / Planners . The successful candidate will be responsible for a set portfolio of clients and will handle daily administration tasks .
Key Responsibilities Include :
Processing new and existing business for investments, risk business, medical aid, trusts, and estates .
Monitoring activities related to client reviews and requests .
Managing the broker''s diary and liaising with clients and insurance companies .
Assisting with deceased estates and trust administration .
Requirements :
Matric / Grade 12 is essential .
5+ years of relevant experience .
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) .
Bilingual in Afrikaans and English (read, write, verbal) .
Own transport is required .
Knowledge of legislation compliance (FICA / FAIS / POPIA / TCF) is a must .
Extensive experience with at least two of the following Investment Platforms : Ninety-One, Allan Gray, and Glacier .
Extensive experience with at least two of the following Life Insurance Platforms : Discovery, Momentum, and Sanlam .
