Position Overview: We are seeking a bilingual, computer‑literate Administrative Assistant with strong organizational and communication skills to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to financial advisers and management
  • Handle client correspondence and maintain accurate records
  • Assist with scheduling, filing, and document preparation
  • Manage data entry and CRM updates
  • Communicate effectively in both English and a second language
  • Support general office coordination and client service tasks
  • Interact, manage and provide effective client service
  • Implement new business opportunities
  • Prepare risk and investment quotes
  • Prepare client files
  • Process client queries and instructions
  • Administer all products
  • Maintain the CRM system
  • Maintain and upload Compliance & FICA documents as per FSCA regulations
  • Have 2‑3 years of relevant work experience within the financial services industry
Additional Requirements

Qualifications
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans (or at least one other official South African language)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Previous experience in an administrative role within financial services is advantageous
  • Proven experience as an Admin Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Professional attitude with strong attention to detail
  • Matric/Grade 12 (a relevant qualification will be an advantage)
