The ideal candidate should ensure to undertake the responsibilies of the Administrative Assistant include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing the companies general administrative activities.

Responsibilities
  • Welcome and greet clients and office guests
  • Support office staff and executives with clerical tasks
  • Plan and schedule meetings, presentations and other office related events plus travel arrangements; send reminders regarding upcoming appointments
  • Answer phones in a professional manner and direct calls to appropriate persons or take detailed messages
  • Type out paper and electronic correspondence and prepare outgoing mail and packages for executives
  • Help prepare presentation materials
  • Ensure office is kept clean and organized at all times
  • Monitor and maintain office equipment and supplies; request repair or restocking when necessary
Requirements
  • Grade 12 or equivalent, Diploma preferred
  • 1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant a plus
