What will you do?

Under general supervision, performs a limited variety of clerical duties for functional groups involving compiling and arranging data, making standard computations, processing and coding documents and maintaining records and files. Routines are generally prescribed and supervision is readily available. This role ensures that all administrative processes linked to onboarding, partner administration and the broader Sales Support team administration is handled efficiently and effectively.

Minimum Qualification and Experience

Qualification

  • Grade 12/Standard 10/NQF4
  • Tertiary qualification / NQF5

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in financial and insurance services
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales environment as an administrator
  • Computer Literacy: Word, Excel and basic computer network systems
  • Effective written communications, Proficient typing and excellent proofreading skills
  • Time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills

Knowledge and Skills

Processing transactions and conduct simple calculations. Data collection and analysis. Record keeping, filing and maintenance of databases. Maintain work standards and quality verification.
