Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Administrative Assistant based in the Helderberg Cape Town, with some work from home acceptable.

The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling meetings, providing administrative support to executive teams, and performing bookkeeping duties.

The role focuses on efficient communication and organizational tasks to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications
  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Phone Etiquette and strong Communication skills
  • Proficiency in Sage Accounting & Payroll Skills or similar and organizational tasks
  • Effective time-management and multitasking abilities
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment
  • Relevant experience in a similar role is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus
  • Own laptop and phone required
  • Own vehicle to travel
