Role Overview

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of a healthcare practice. This role is designed to reduce the administrative burden on the founder ensuring the practice runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage patient inquiries scheduling and calendar coordination (Google Calendar).
  • Support billing and payment processes (Stripe).
  • Handle correspondence and provide basic operations support.
  • Assist with onboarding new patients and maintaining accurate organized records.
  • Provide prompt and professional communication across channels.
