Qualifications

Job description

A leading passenger transport service provider is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Admin and Finance Manager to join its management team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, administrative functions, and compliance processes to ensure efficiency and sustainable growth. Minimum requirements:
  • NQF Level 7 (Bachelor’s degree) in Accounting or equivalent qualification. (Honours degree will be advantageous)
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own vehicle
  • Minimum five (5) years appropriate experience in Finance and Administration (Experience in Transport Industry will be advantageous)
  • Fluent in English (Fluency in Sesotho would be advantageous)
  • Proficient in MS Office, Pastel Payroll and Sage Evolution

Key duties and responsibilities (not limited to):
  • To compile monthly cashflows and to manage cash
  • Financial planning and control
  • To provide financial and supply chain management
  • To administrate and manage legal financial requirements and ensure compliance
  • Board and Board sub-committee functions
  • To provide and implement policies
  • Reconciliations and revenue balancing procedures
  • To oversee and administrate the administrative activities of the company
  • To utilize human resources effectively
Remuneration:

R 65 000 Basic + R 10 000 Travel Allowance + 13th Cheque + 10% Contribution to Provident Fund

Working hours:

Monday to Friday: 08:00 - 17:00
