A telecommunications company in South Africa is seeking an Administrative Supervisor responsible for managing the administrative department, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with business processes. Candidates should have strong analytical and communication skills, along with proven experience in supervisory roles. This position offers the opportunity to lead a diverse team and improve operational systems.
The incumbent is responsible for providing / fulfilling an Administrative Supervisory role to T3TSA by performing various management task.
Supervision of the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members
Training / upskilling and coaching employees.
Develop, review, and improve Administrative Compliance, Policies, Procedures and systems across the organization
Identify and improve operational systems / applications, processes, and best practices
Ensure administrative Processes remain legally compliant across the organization
