About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Administration Officer to support the smooth running of our sales, finance, procurement, technical, and office operations.

This role requires strong coordination skills, accuracy in documentation, and the ability to manage multiple processes end-to-end.Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Client AdministrationProcess new deals and maintain client records.Manage documentation, digital filing, and deal tracking.Support sales teams with updates, schedules, and general administrative tasks.Finance & Procurement SupportAssist with collections and client account follow-ups.Prepare purchase orders and manage supplier communications.Support invoicing, quoting, and monthly financial administration.Maintain spreadsheets and ensure accurate record-keeping.Technical AdministrationManage job card records, scheduling, and communication with technical staff.Log client issues and ensure proper ticket handling.General Office AdministrationMaintain office supplies and documentation packs.Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks.Assist with filing, record management, and routine office duties.Skills & CompetenciesStrong organisational and multitasking abilities.High attention to detail and accuracy.Clear communication skills.Ability to follow structured processes and deadlinesfortable working across multiple departments.Qualifications & ExperiencePrevious administrative experience in a fast-paced environment.Proficient with general office software and digital filing systems.Experience supporting finance or technical operations is an advantageExperience in the telecoms industry is advantageous.
