About The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health Service team as Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for: Serving as the first point of contact, delivering respectful, professional, and responsive customer service to clients and stakeholders. Managing client appointments, records, and data using electronic health and practice management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Providing administrative support to the Clinical Team Leader and assisting with financial, HR, and resource management tasks. Contributing to quality improvement initiatives by reviewing processes, supporting risk management, and enhancing service delivery. Fostering a positive, culturally sensitive, and safe work environment aligned with SA Health values and promote equitable access for diverse communities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients, staff, and external agencies, both verbally and in writing.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize competing workloads and exercise initiative and judgment.
  • Experience providing administrative support in sensitive environments, including domestic family violence and trauma settings, handling confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficient in client management systems, record keeping, and advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team and contribute positively to workplace culture.
  • Knowledge of administrative, financial, and purchasing procedures within health and welfare services, along with an understanding of common health issues faced by clients.
