Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Manager to oversee and streamline the client's administrative and operational functions. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring efficient office management, maintaining compliance with company policies and legal standards, and supporting executive-level coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize day-to-day administrative operations and office systems.
  • Monitor departmental budgets, control expenditures, and assist with financial planning.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, filing systems, and data protection compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements; prepare reports for senior management.
  • Support cross-departmental projects by managing timelines, resources, and communication.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and appointments for senior management.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including itineraries and accommodation.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in administrative or operations management.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work independently and within a team environment.
  • Experience or knowledge of the steel industry or similar sector will be an advantage.
  • Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Available to start immediately.
