Job summary

A recruitment agency seeks a well-presentable Administration Clerk for a law firm in Pretoria. The ideal candidate should be an Afrikaans-speaking female with Matric/Grade 12 and strong administrative skills. Responsibilities include general administration tasks such as filing, data capturing, and client correspondence. Must commit to a minimum of 1 year and be available for an in-person interview. Salary range is R6,000 - R8,000 gross depending on experience.

Minimum Requirements

  • Recent administration experience preferred (preferably at a law firm or in a corporate working environment)
  • Computer literate in MS Office, with good typing skills (speed and accuracy)
  • Eager to learn and interested in a career in law
  • Must be willing to commit to a minimum of 1 year employment at firm
  • Must be willing and able to attend an in-person interview
  • Non smoker
  • Stable employment record (no job hoppers)
  • To start as soon as possible
