ABOUT THE ROLE
You will support the Home Manager with a full range of reception, administrative, and basic finance activities to ensure the smooth operation of the home. As the first point of contact for enquiries, you will demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner to all visitors, residents, and staff. Responsibilities include ensuring visitors follow infection control protocols, coordinating testing requirements, organizing couriers, and handling related administrative tasks.
Our homes are vibrant environments, and you will also assist in planning and managing events within the home, such as celebrating residents' milestone birthdays, fetes, employee presentations, and other activities coordinated by our Activities Coordinator.
