Administrative & Invoicing Support (3 Days per Week)

Location: East Rand - Boksburg

Salary: Negotiable

Overview

This key role is vital in ensuring the seamless execution of administrative functions, including invoicing, basic office admin, spreadsheet management, and financial process support.

This is a part-time position (3 days per week plus every second Saturday), ideal for an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage responsibilities independently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and professionalism.

Responsibilities
  • Process and manage invoices accurately and on time
  • Maintain and update spreadsheets for financial and operational tracking
  • Assist with general administrative and filing duties
  • Support the finance team with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Reconcile supplier and client accounts when required
  • Prepare and organize documentation for monthly reports
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to resolve queries
  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and consistency in all records and documentation
Requirements
  • Previous experience in an administrative or finance support role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and general spreadsheet management
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Basic understanding of invoicing and financial processes
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • Reliable, professional, and proactive approach to work
  • Matric (Grade 12) essential; a certificate or diploma in Administration, Finance, or Accounting would be advantageous
Work Schedule
  • 3 days per week (specific days to be agreed upon with management)
  • Every second Saturday as part of the operational rotation
