Overview

Accredilec Master Electricians, a leading electrical contracting firm, is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Admin Assistant / PA to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will provide vital administrative support to our directors and management teams across various regions, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

Essential Qualifications
  • Organisational Skills – Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain a structured approach to ensure smooth operations.
  • Time Management – Efficiently manage time to handle administrative duties, staff coordination, and support the directors.
  • Communication Skills – Strong verbal and written communication in both English and Afrikaans, essential for interacting with the team and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail – Precision in completing tasks such as data entry, managing schedules, and preparing presentations.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency – Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), essential for creating reports, presentations, and managing correspondence.
  • Multitasking Abilities – Capable of juggling various administrative responsibilities, including staff management, director support, and ad‑hoc errands.
  • Teamwork and Collaboration – Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, coordinating with management across multiple regions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and online platforms.
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
