Location: Centurion (Gauteng) – Hennopspark
Salary: Market related – dependent on experience and qualification
Qualifications
Matric with average of 85% (non‑negotiable)
BCom degree (Actuarial science) or similar
Willing to travel internationally (have a valid passport)
Own reliable transport and valid license
Great communication skills, with an outspoken personality
Dress code: strictly professional, must be well presented at all times
You do not have to have any work experience as the company will develop you for the specific role
Willing to work more than normal office hours depending on designated region and time differences
Show adequate IT efficiency
Responsibilities
- Market Analysis – Research and analyse market trends to identify and anticipate potential opportunities for growth.
- International Contact – Contact potential clients to establish a network and arrange meetings (foreign and domestic).
- High‑level Client Engagement and Relationship Building – Build and maintain high‑level relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and challenges in order to provide the best‑s suited solution.
- Conference Attendance – Attend conferences, meetings, and industry‑related events.
- New Marketing Initiatives – Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
- Solution Development – Work with engineering teams to tailor products or services that meet client specifications within various international countries.
- Proposal Development – Create and present proposals that demonstrate the value of the company's offerings.
- Growth Strategy – Develop a growth strategy focused both on the company and client satisfaction and financial feasibility.
- Contract Preparation – Prepare contracts once clients have committed to a product or service whilst ensuring compliance to law‑established rules and guidelines to remain compliant with relevant legislation.
- Collaboration – Coordinate with marketing, compliance and technical teams to ensure alignment in strategy and execution with all projects.
- Project Management – Initiation, project planning, implementation and monitoring to closure of new projects from conception to delivery once client has been engaged.
- Post‑project Support – Providing trustworthy feedback and after‑project closure support to clients once the product or service has been delivered.
