Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Honours in Actuarial Science; making good progress towards actuarial qualification.
• 1–2 years experience, preferably in general insurance pricing.
• Advanced computer literacy in SAS, SQL, R, Python, Emblem, Radar.
• Strong analytical and modelling skills with pricing/predictive modelling experience.
• Proven ability to source, structure and manage data; translate into insights.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and enhance actuarial pricing models and analyses.
• Design pricing and risk management strategies to drive growth.
• Monitor financial and underwriting performance; create insightful reporting and visuals.
• Collaborate with Distribution, Claims, Underwriting and Product teams.
• Stay updated on industry trends and innovative pricing practices.
