We’re seeking an outgoing, driven, and fluent English speaker to join our team as an Acquisition Representative. This remote role is based in South Africa and focuses on converting inbound leads into signed contracts.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with inbound seller leads—no cold calling.
• Ask the right questions to qualify motivation, property condition, and timeline.
• Negotiate price and terms, aiming to get contracts signed.
• Follow up with older leads using calls, texts, and emails.
• Maintain detailed records of all interactions in the CRM.
• Hit performance targets and contribute to the team goal.

Requirements

• 1+ year of phone sales experience (real estate a plus).
• Excellent spoken English with a minimal accent.
• Ability to work 9:00 AM–6:00 PM EST, Monday–Friday.
• Strong sales, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.

Compensation
