Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure customers receive invoices and statements on time.
• Oversee creditor and debtor aging to keep accounts up to date.
• Follow up on debtor payments and resolve queries timeously.
• Perform various commission and other calculations for month-end processing.
• Work with large volumes of data in Excel for reconciliations.
• Process cash book and month-end revenue and expenses.
• Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare accounts up to trial balance for month-end reporting.
