A leading global medical technology firm is seeking an Accounts Receivable Graduate to provide Finance support and assist the Finance Manager. The role involves receiving regular training, providing administrative support, and ensuring payment documentation for Government Hospitals. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, strong communication skills, and a basic understanding of Finance. This is a trainee position offering a mixture of training and hands-on experience.

Qualifications

  • Good standard of Education.
  • An initial understanding of Finance and challenges related to/with Finance.
  • Basic understanding of administration and the general office environment.
  • High integrity and honesty in all dealings.
  • Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

  • Receive regular training to understand Finance Team activities.
  • Assist in providing general administrative support to the Finance Team.
  • Collect documentation to ensure payment by Government Hospitals.
  • Assist in setting Standard Operating Procedures for Public Healthcare.
  • Prepare reporting content and format monthly.
  • Achieve personal targets and assist the Line Manager in achieving team targets.
  • Ensure compliance with agreed codes, legislation, and procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records/documentation.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures.
  • Interact and co-operate with all members of the organization.
