Responsibilities

• Manage the full debtor’s function, including invoicing and collections
• Maintain and update storage cards and debtor records
• Prepare and issue monthly storage invoices
• Allocate direct deposits and update ageing reports
• Follow up on outstanding accounts and resolve debtor queries
• Send storage arrears notifications and payment reminders
• Update monthly debtor reports and maintain accurate records
• Recalculate annual storage increases and communicate with clients
• Issue quarterly storage insurance notifications where required
• Update daily payment allocations and banking information
• Prepare account renders for ex-store clients
• Assist with general invoicing and other finance administration duties as needed
