Job summary

Boardroom Appointments seeks an Accounts Payable Accountant to manage the creditor function in our Sugar and Animal Feed division. You will oversee payments to suppliers, ensure accuracy of invoices, and supervise a small team to ensure timely settlements.

The role requires attention to detail, strong knowledge of creditor controls, and at least 5 years in a creditor function with 2 years in supervision. Based in Mpumalanga, this position offers stability and exposure to agricultural feeds

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a creditor control or related accounting function.
• At least 2 years experience at a supervisory level.

Responsibilities

• Control the creditor's department and supervise the functions performed by the team.
• Responsible for payments to suppliers within the Sugar and Animal feed business. All suppliers are paid valid amounts timeously.
