Hollywoodbets in Umhlanga invites applications for a Creditors Clerk to join the Purple Team. The role focuses on cashbook capturing and supplier reconciliations, with responsibilities across VAT checks, invoice validation, and timely payments.

You will interact with treasury and senior staff while maintaining accurate supplier records. You will ensure reconciliations, assist with audits, and help improve processes using Pastel Evolution or similar software.

Qualifications

• Experience with cashbook capturing and supplier reconciliations.
• Ability to check VAT numbers on e-filing for new suppliers.

Responsabilités

• Capture all supplier invoices and credit notes.
• Reconcile supplier balances and ensure payments are matched.
• Check VAT numbers on e-filing for new suppliers.
• Ensure supplier information appears on invoices as per SARS before capturing.
• Reconcile Pastel balance with amounts due to suppliers.
• Prepare payment requisitions before due date.
• Follow up with suppliers to forward monthly invoices near due dates.
• Address supplier queries promptly.
• Request BBBEE certificates from suppliers.
• Verify banking details with suppliers by phone.
• Reconcile Supplier Age Analysis with general ledger balance.
• Monthly supplier reconciliations with statements and ledgers.
