Job summary

Panavision, a leading provider of end-to-end imaging and production solutions, seeks a detail-oriented Creditors Clerk to join the Finance team in Cape Town. You will manage supplier accounts, process invoices, reconcile statements, and ensure timely payments while maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Key requirements include experience in Accounts Payable or Creditors roles, meticulous attention to detail, VAT knowledge, and proficiency with Excel and finance systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in Accounts Payable, Purchase Ledger, or Creditors Clerk roles.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience reconciling supplier accounts and processing high volumes of invoices.
• Strong understanding of financial controls and accounting procedures.
• Knowledge of VAT processing and invoice compliance requirements.
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, team-focused approach and willingness to support colleagues.
• Experience using finance systems and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare supplier payment runs and maintain proof of payments.
• Manage supplier account information and onboarding documentation.
• Monitor creditors age analysis to support cash flow management.
• Ensure expenditure is supported by approvals and purchase orders.
• Support month-end processes, including accruals and costs.
• Assist with intercompany reconciliations and payments.
• Prepare documentation for foreign supplier payments.
• Maintain filing and financial documentation records.
• Build positive relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
