Job summary

Hewitt Colenbrander Recruitment is seeking an experienced accounts payable specialist in Randburg to manage the full creditors process, ensure accurate and timely payments, and resolve supplier queries. You will collaborate with internal teams to maintain strong supplier relationships.

Responsibilities include processing invoices, payments, reconciliations, and supporting month-end/year-end activities and cash flow forecasting.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and supplier payments processes.
• Ability to prepare monthly financial reports.
• Assist with month-end, year-end and cash flow forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Process and check payment requests to ensure accuracy, approval and timely payment.
• Manage full creditors/accounts payable process from invoices to payments and reconciliations.
• Resolve supplier queries, discrepancies and overdue payments.
• Prepare monthly reports and assist with month-end, year-end and cash flow forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with financial and tax requirements and maintain good supplier/internal team relationships.
