Job summary

Tunl in Cape Town is seeking a hands-on accounting professional to manage receivables and payables, ensuring accurate ledgers and timely payments.

You will produce monthly management accounts, monitor cash flow, and maintain subscriptions, tooling, and a fixed asset register, with a focus on proactive visibility for leadership.

Hybrid role based in Paarden Eiland, three days in office; BCom in Accounting and 2+ years experience required.

Qualifications

• BCom in Accounting or equivalent required.
• 2+ years in banking, debtors, reconciliations, or general accounting.
• Advanced Google Sheets or Excel; Google Sheets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track cash position and manage debtors reports.
• Handle credit control and customer account management.
• Run supplier payments and reconcile statements.
• Maintain bank and debtors reconciliations; contribute to monthly management accounts.
• Produce recurring reports: cash, debtors, subscriptions and tooling.
• Review subscriptions and tooling spend; maintain fixed asset register.
