Our client in Boksburg is urgently seeking a hard-working Accounts Assistant / Bookkeeper

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Assist the Accounts and Office Manager with day-to-day accounting and Human Resources tasks.
  • Handle bank allocations and reconciliation.
  • Process and manage invoices.
  • Oversee payment collection and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Basic office administrative tasks including filing, printing, reporting, and emailing.
  • List default payers daily on Accountability- Update Trailer files- Update Trailer Driver files- Insurance invoices, reports and quotesOffice Hours :
  • Monday – Friday : 07 :
  • : 00
  • Every 2nd weekend
Desired Experience & Qualification
  • Bilingual in Afrikaans & English- Proficiency in Sage accounting software- Advanced skills in MS Excel.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
  • Follow company policies and procedures- Work independently
