Join The Inky Shop Team Accounts Administrator (Hilton, KZN). Are you a highly organized individual looking for a new challenge in beautiful Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal? The Inky Shop Head Office is seeking a dedicated Accounts Administrator to join our finance department.

This vital role reports directly to our Senior Accountant and is responsible for managing the core bookkeeping and operational control cycles for our growing retail network.

Responsibilities
  • Bookkeeping & Processing: Managing daily bank and General Ledger (GL) processing, along with comprehensive Creditors (Accounts Payable) and Debtors (Accounts Receivable) cycles.
  • Warehouse Control: Executing smooth Procurement, Goods In Control, Sales Order Fulfillment, and Inventory Support.
  • Administration: Maintaining essential records and ensuring general financial administration and compliance support.

Core duties include full-cycle bookkeeping, strong attention to detail, and effective organizational skills.
