Hire Resolves Client is urgently looking for an Accounts Administrator to be based at Head Office in Bloemfontein!

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive records for all filing and general administrative tasks
  • Process orders efficiently and with a high degree of accuracy
  • Verify that all supplier invoices comply with VAT regulations
  • Handle payment processing in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform creditor reconciliations using Pastel accounting software
Requirements
  • Grade 12
  • Experience in a Similar position
  • Experience working on Pastel
  • Sound experience in Microsoft Excel
  • Valid Drivers License
