  • 4 to 5 years of experience in this position.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field, or Master’s degree in relevant field.
  • Proven experience designing marketing assets, journeys and campaigns.
  • Strong experience with Figma, InDesign, Illustrator, Canva etc.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Metrics-driven creative mind.
  • Experience with a MarTech or marketing automation platform is highly preferred.
