Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Accountant & Payroll Administrator to join our fast-paced and youthful team. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of technical expertise in payroll and bookkeeping, as well as strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage payroll processes using Pastel Payroll, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
  • Maintain financial records, including bookkeeping and general ledger entries.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, for financial reporting and data analysis.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders, including employees and management, to address payroll and financial queries.
  • Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the team.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Proficiency in Pastel Payroll.
  • Basic bookkeeping knowledge.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Efiling and understanding of tax regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Valid drivers license.
