Job Description

Hire Resolve is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant with a specialization in Human Resources for our client's manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various financial and HR-related tasks within the organization. Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
• Manage employee benefits and compensation, including processing payroll and administering benefits programs
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
• Coordinate and conduct recruitment and onboarding processes for new employees
• Perform monthly financial analysis and reporting for senior management
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to accounting and HR functions

Requirements
