Responsibilities

• Financial Accounting
  • Maintain general ledger and chart of accounts
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Manage accruals, prepayments and journal entries
  • Reconcile bank and control accounts
• Management Accounting
  • Budget preparation and variance analysis
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Cost tracking and analysis
  • Assist in decision making with financial data
• Bookkeeping
  • Process daily transactions
  • Maintain records of income and expenses
  • Manager supplier and customer accounts (AP / AR)
• Tax and Compliance
  • Prepare and submit VAT, PAYE and other statuary returns to SARS
  • Ensure compliance with relevantly laws and financial regulations
  • Liaise with external auditors and assist in audit preparation
