Job summary

Une société de conseil en ressources humaines bien établie recherche un Assistant Financial Manager pour améliorer la gestion des finances. Vous assisterez le directeur financier dans l'analyse des opérations et la gestion des comptes, tout en garantissant la conformité aux normes. Ce poste exige un BCom et au moins 2 ans d'expérience post-articles dans la comptabilité.

Qualifications

• BCom Degree ou équivalent requis.
• Doit avoir complété les articles SAIPA avec un cabinet comptable.
• Expérience post-articles de 2+ ans en comptabilité préférable.

Responsibilities

• Gestion de l'actif, contrôle des stocks et assistance au directeur financier.
• Préparation et analyse des relevés financiers et rapports.
• Surveiller les systèmes de comptabilité et de tenue de dossiers.

• Asset management.
• Stock management and control.
• Assisting FM with management accounts, forecasts and budgets.
• Assist the Financial Manager with analysis of business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations, R&D project expenses and provide advice to lab managers.
• Assist the Financial Manager to monitor record-keeping and accounting systems, making use of current computer technology (automation).
• Prepare, examine, or analyse accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards within the company.
• Report to Financial Manager and MD regarding any anomaly in the finance department.
• Ensuring that access to financial information is always restricted.
• Delegate filing to the appropriate finance staff member to prevent it from accumulating, and to ensure effective filing management.
• Managing the accounting of product development.
• Flowiz maintenance.

Qualifications:

• BCom Degree or equivalent
• Must have completed SAIPA articles with an accounting firm.
• 2+ years' post articles experience in accounting preferable.
