Account Relations Specialist

Austin - Hybrid (2-3 days in office)

As an Account Relations Specialist, you’ll serve as a trusted partner to our clients — nurturing relationships, resolving challenges, and anticipating their needs with proactive support. Your work ensures a seamless client experience, driving long-term satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.

Responsibilities
  • Develop trust and maintain positive relationships with assigned clients.
  • Clearly understand client priorities, goals, and timelines to provide proactive recommendations and support.
  • Educate and train clients during initial onboarding and all subsequent re-setup cycles.
  • Respond to client inquiries and elevate issues when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver client solutions.
  • Document client interactions in CRM tools.
Job Requirements
  • 2–3 years of experience in account management, client relations, or a similar customer‑facing role, preferably within a SaaS or technology‑driven environment.
  • Excellent written communication and relationship‑building skills.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑up abilities, including multi‑tasking and attention to detail.
  • Experience with CRM tools and account tracking.
  • Problem‑solving and proactive mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts.
