Scope of the Role

The Account Manager (Paid Social) will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring top-tier customer satisfaction, strategy development, and campaign performance. This role requires a mix of analytical insight, creative thinking, and exceptional relationship management to retain and grow client partnerships while ensuring marketing initiatives meet business goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and present paid social strategies tailored to client goals, primarily focused on Meta advertising.
  • Lead client review calls, analyze campaign performance, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.
  • Manage workflows between clients and internal teams (design, analytics, ad ops, and leadership).
  • Coordinate creative production processes, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
  • Build long-term relationships through effective communication, transparency, and proactive problem-solving.
  • Identify growth opportunities within accounts by aligning client needs with agency capabilities.
  • Deliver clear, data-backed narratives that connect marketing performance to business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • 5–10+ years of experience in paid social media advertising, with strong expertise in the Meta advertising platform.
  • Proven track record in client-facing roles within an agency environment.
  • Ability to manage 20–30 client accounts simultaneously with precision and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and craft actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities; highly organized and detail-oriented.
