Account Manager – Microsoft | Durban

Westcon-Comstor South Africa is looking for an experienced Account Manager – Microsoft to join our Durban team.

You’ll be responsible for driving growth across Microsoft-focused Partners, building strong Partner and Vendor relationships, and delivering on sales targets through proactive engagement and execution excellence.

What you’ll do:
  • Develop and grow Microsoft-focused Partners through high-touch engagement.
  • Manage key Partner accounts and identify cross-vendor opportunities.
  • Build strong 3-way relationships (Partner, Vendor, Westcon-Comstor).
  • Conduct QBRs, track goals, and ensure sales target achievement.
  • Manage sales administration, forecasting, and Partner support.
  • Stay current on Microsoft solutions (M365, Azure, D365, BizApps).
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years of Account Management / Sales experience.
  • 3+ years in Microsoft Licensing, Cloud, CSP, and Azure solutions.
  • Microsoft Foundational Certification (minimum).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven track record in Partner growth and revenue delivery.
