A leading industrial solutions provider is seeking an Accounts Manager in Gauteng to develop and maintain customer relationships while achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the Industrial Gearbox industry and a relevant diploma or degree. Proficiency with CRM systems and a goal-oriented mindset are key for success in this role. Travel within Africa is required. This role offers a dynamic environment focused on business growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales, accounts management, or business development in the Industrial Gearbox industry.
  • Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Must reside in Mpumalanga area (Witbank, Lydenburg).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for timely service delivery.
  • Provide ongoing support and consultation to customers.
