One of the fastest-growing health supplement brand is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team and help us continue our growth trajectory. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key accounts in order to increase sales and profitability for the company. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining successful partnerships with retailers, distributors, and other key accounts in the health supplement industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and grow existing accounts by developing strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that align with company goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure account satisfaction and customer success
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive growth
  • Conduct market research and analyse industry trends to stay informed and make data-driven decisions.
  • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and other relevant data to senior management.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and other performance metrics
  • Manage all aspects of merchandising and execution in retail
  • Product training of merchandisers and vitamin managers in retail
  • Maintain and develop pharmacy, wholesale, retail as well as cash and carry market
  • New business development in FMCG
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, Marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in key account management or sales in the supplement industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM software and Power Point
  • Willingness to travel as needed
